In late 2002, the company started with an "aha" moment. Having hired and worked with numerous management consultants in the past, the founders realized a problem: consultants seem to be forgetting they were working with humans. The workforce was treated as a "resource," and senior leaders offered cookie-cutter solutions -- as if people could be fixed like a machine. In response, Aculasek Consulting was launched as a boutique organizational development consulting company focused on building high performance teams.

Maggie is a catalyst for sustainable change. With a continuing 40-year career of wisdom and consulting, she embodies a lifetime passion for supporting people to live and work joyfully and powerfully together, where each uniquely contributes new ideas, principles, and perspectives that become integral and dynamic into an organization’s DNA and offers in the market place.
Within this context, Maggie’s work focuses on clarifying and designing an organization of accountability and relationship. She dives into an entity’s shared commitment and understanding of both the formal and informal agreements which frame how the organization actually works in a results-oriented culture. Her work has spanned from Fortune 100 companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, non-profit organizations, governments, multilateral bodies such as the United Nations, grassroots organizations, and many others.
Founder & Managing Director
Stephanie's expertise is built on her twenty-five years in government, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector. She specializes in executive coaching, teaching practical and effective cross-cultural skills, public management, organizational structures, strategic thinking and envisioning for the future, team-building, and company operations. She has lived and worked in Africa, Asia, Latin America, Europe, and throughout the United States, and has been the recipient of multiple awards for her work.
